MDD400 v3.0 — ESP32-P4 / MIPI-DSI / LVGL platform re-base. This board is at schematic-capture stage; no V3.0 hardware exists yet.

Reworked from DWIN parallel-RGB to a MIPI-DSI + capacitive-touch + backlight-boost block, reaching the panel through two FFC cables (40-pin LCM, 6-pin CTP). Regenerated from display_interface.kicad_sch.
